Residence Hall
The on-campus dormitory has two floors. Double and quadruple rooms are available. Amenities include a bed module, communal bathrooms, dining area, laundry room, and recreational area. Purchase of a meal plan is mandatory for all students living in the dormitory.

A cafeteria is located on the adjacent University of Hawai’i – West Oahu campus, a few minutes walk from the HTIC campus, offering meal services on weekdays during each term. All students living in the dormitory are required to purchase a meal plan. Vending machines are available on the first floor of Building A and on the first and second floor of the dormitory.
